Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

We are much aware of the excitement that goes along with your shopping experience and it is of utmost importance to THE GOLDMAN to ensure a seamless and speedy delivery to you. We endeavor to have all your packages delivered to you within 3 working days and for the outlying areas 4 – 7 days and to International areas please allow 14 to 21 days delivery. Some special orders (make-up for décor items) may take 21 days to be delivered. Should delays occur, we shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, cost, charges or expenses arising due to this occurrence.

For special deliveries our Freight Company and our offices will be in touch with you to agree on a delivery time to enable you to receive your goods. Should the delivery not be met, we will gladly assist to re-schedule, however, should this occur unreasonably number of times , due to you not being available, THE GOLDMAN will not be held liable for storage and other costs, whatsoever, which may occur. On delivery certain documents will be signed by you for accepting the packages in good order, once you have signed you accept fully that the items arrived in good order without defects and damages. THE GOLDMAN will hence no longer be held liable for damages at this point.

THE GOLDMAN will not be held liable for products ordered which may not be suitable to you or orders of incorrect quantities. It is your responsibility to ensure orders are correctly chosen and made before shipping is implemented. Any unforeseen costs due to this may be for your account.

International Shipping:

If you’re from outside of South-Africa and would like to place an order, please contact info@thegoldman.co.za for a quotation. Once the quote has been accepted and the payment has been received your parcel will be on it’s way to you.


Delivery And Returns

The Goldman offers a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive. Once goods are returned in an as sold condition, this will be a full refund to the value of the goods purchased Due to Health & Safety, we are unable to accept returns for earrings unless they are faulty.

Extended Return Policy

The Goldman offers a 9 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive. Once goods are returned in an “as sold” condition, a full refund to the value of the goods purchased will be issued. To return an item, you need to contact us within 48 hours to state that you are not satisfied with the item(s), you then have a further 7 days to actually send the goods back. The 9 days only starts from the date the item has been received by the customer. If your order consists of multiple items, the 9 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This guarantee is valid when purchases are made on the online store and does not apply to custom made that you may have ordered. Nothing contained in this policy affects any of your statutory rights as a consumer for all goods purchased from us, online, over the phone, or in store. Due to Health & Safety we are unable to accept returns for earrings unless they are faulty. The Goldman has the right to update all these terms if necessary at any time and without notice.
